Hypnosis sounds mysterious, and yet it is simply a natural state of mind that we all move in and out of frequently throughout the day. If you have ever had the experience of sitting on the train, getting lost in thought and suddenly realize that you had passed several station stops without having noticed it, you have experienced a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis techniques are an intentional and directed use of this way your mind naturally works,  allowing you to relax the conscious part of your mind, interrupt negative unconscious patterns, access more creative inner resources, and rewire the brain.
