Many of the techniques I work with can be very effective for stress reduction, and are user friendly enough for you to use in your daily life. I offer an introductory package of 4 sessions for individuals who would like to get their feet wet with some of these techniques. In these sessions I offer basic education around stress, and teach several techniques that are tailored to your need and ability to incorporate into your life. For some individuals, these 4 sessions are sufficient to jumpstart their ability to relax and manage stress more effectively. Other people like to start with these tools, and then move into ongoing psychotherapy sessions to deepen the practice and exploration.
